Hello, and welcome to my page!

First of all, my name, Amarillistarshot, is not the city of Amarillo spelled wrong. I promise. I don't live anywhere near there. Sheesh. If you're curious, my name is from one of my favorite Italian Arias, 'Amarilli, Mia Bella' (Translation: 'Amarilli, My Fair One'). 'starshot' was simply something random that I thought of.

Next, I'm crazy. Deal with it. There's nothing you can do about it.

As for my actual poetry, it's usually completely spur of the moment. And it's usually written in under ten minutes. That's just how I work. The result is usually satisfactory to me. I hope that it will be the same to you.

Also, Music is what I want to do for the rest of my life, and it is my life. I teach music lessons. I'm in Band and Choir. I play piano (badly). I write songs as well as poems. My mother and father are both musicians, so it's in my blood. I love music. That's that.
