I am 23 years old, and live in Louisiana. God has blessed me with an amazing little boy, whom reminds me daily what life is all about, to smile and play more, and always put one foot in front of the other, never afraid to fall. I have always known that "WHEN GOD CLOSES ONE DOOR, HE WILL OPEN A WINDOW", the ability to actually keep that in my mind, and apply that to my daily life, is getting better all the time.

I am a Daddy's little girl, spoiled and love every bit of it. My parents have given me the guidance, and love to be who I am today, and to stand proud  to let the world know, that I am who I am,  I am a very amazing young woman.

I never understood certain comments about parenting, that my Mom & Dad would say, but one thing they always told me was, "Once you have a child, you will understand". *_THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!!!_  
The joy, and memories in sharing with my son each step of his life, are unbelievibly breath taking.

Growing up I have always enjoyed expressing  my thoughts, and have generally been very good with writing.
The biggest step for me was to let go of fears and uncertainties about what others may think of my pieces, if I am going to grow and learn, and writing poetry is my passion, I have to take the step forward, and try.. *SO HERE I AM*

I certainly may not be even close to good as many of the members of this site, but I can guarantee you, *that I put my heart, and soul into everything that I do write.*

I enjoy writing about things that are real, from love, to parenting, happiness, life, and things that are inspirational to me, and all the blessings GOD has done in my life.

I am very excited to share my poems and thoughts with others, the feed back I get from other members, helps me grow in my writings, and also encourages me, and reassures me that I am doing a good job.

I know I have only touched the top layer in my writings, and don't think of myself as though "I haven't reached the phase to call myself a poet yet, if ever," but please let me know your HONEST opinions, and if you enjoy them let me know also.
