.                      Welcome to my world Readers

This is White Rose land [Yorkshire] but all visitors are welcome.

Here you will find the offerings of a wanna-be poet and hopefully you will enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed writing (and sometimes performing) them.

However if you get tired of my scribblings then why not feast your eyes on the works of some REAL poets on the sister site to Allpoetry that goes by the inspired title Laughing Oldpoetry

Maybe it's because I am becoming recognised as an OLD poet but I enjoy spending time on the Oldpoetry website oldpoetry.com/  where I am a member of the Research Team.

On that site I can find lots of poems by my favourite poets such as Cicely Fox Smith oldpoetry.com/opoem/48698 or Robert Service oldpoetry.com/opoem/3532 or even Roald Dahl oldpoetry.com/opoem/55895 .

I can go to the front page oldpoetry.com/ and choose from the list of popular poets or the Poem for the Day or even just pick a random category and a random poem and enjoy reading what appears.

If I want to I can look at the forums and see what people are saying about poetry oldpoetry.com/board/list or look at the comments people have written recently about poems they have just read http://oldpoetry.com/comment/list .

And its free ! ! !

Final Thoughts

    I-Like-Rhymes (consummately end and middle?),

Hello, here, since I couldn't comment on your column about the vernacular poet, though I was logged in at Oldpoetry. I was just wondering if job poetry includes mothers, since I'm finding the stylus a sliver in the schedule. And also it's not dull necessarily for a now you can turn the page permission, but there might be another language or abridged for kids to find leisure in.

I love this page Poet. I refuse to call you "old" because then I would have to call me "old". My 52nd birthday is two weeks from this Friday. LOL I actually couldn't remember my children's ages today. LOL My only excuse...I have four of them and they are not easy to keep up with.

I love your page my friend. My favorite color is "yellow". Ask Samplette, she's known that for about four years. LOL

Yes, yes, informational and quite bright!

    LOVE IT! ♥
