JayLynn that TwistedPisces now and forever WISER has become In-fin-ite.

My words are my world and I want to live inside poetry. I have never understood meter and form doesn't mean much to me. I like to rhyme but sometimes I free flow or sometimes I decide to try a specific style. There are days when I post 2-3 poems but I've gone without posting for awhile. I'm told my soul is pretty but mostly I feel pretty dark. I'm told I have talent, but my good poems are usually written on a lark - a flight of fancy, a chance happening of words. I write what I am feeling though it never comes off quite as absurd as the full thoughts I'm thinking.

I am a woman who loves women and sometimes I like men. I am black and kind of thick but I won't allow you to box me in. At twenty-seven I've seen more than most, but thank God not as much as some, and hopefully I've seen the worst meant for me before my time comes. I will talk to you about God but not religion because I hate fanatics. We can discuss your pain and depression but not if you're an attention addict. I don't know all the answers but sometimes I like to pretend. And I've just realized I was naive to believe I had no enemies when I have so many fake friends.

And if you've read this far you know me just a little bit better and I apologize now if any of my following chatter comes off as tedious or boring or inspires any pain. You see my words are my world and my poetry keeps me sane...

Biggest question: On your final judgment, how many points do you get taken off if you believe but don't have faith?

Biggest wish: To see my mother alive and whole again. To see her smile and have her tell me it will be alright again. To feel pain but know I was loved again. To stare in her eyes and be free again.

Biggest dream: I'm fresh out at the moment.

Biggest piece of advice about me: Don't take my kindness for weakness. Just because a person is soft doesn't mean they can't get hard when they want to.
