I would enter this, but I know nothing about L.A.! I guess that's kinda sad but I live on the other coast and the furthest West I've been is Montana. When I saw the title I was reminded of the song "Saints of Los Angeles" by Motley Crue so I thought I'd check it out. Very beautiful picture though and good luck with the contest!
