This concept isn’t new. It isn’t original or unique. There are probably a dozen contests out there now that run along the same veins.
Guess what? I really don’t give a fuck. I want one instead. Yeah, you heard me.
I want you to write me an erotic poem. But wait HEY! Where are you going?? Don’t just see the word erotic and then run off to write the first sex scene that comes into your head and imagine that is going to twist my nipples…it’s not THAT unoriginal.
Write a poem that you think will really suit MY tastes. Take some time to check out the links below…I have given you a selection of my own poems and a few other poets who’s work has something in it I find very appealing.
One of the links is a story - if you feel you can increase your chances by writing in this medium, feel free - although I am looking more for poetry.
Use your imagination, avoid clichés, but most important, I want you to try and write a poem you think will make me run off and find where I left my fingers.
I think this is fairly straightforward.
Rules are simple:
No chat slang. I think you know what this means. Yr a dork if u need 2 ask.

i dont know if im going to enter but reading some of your poems really inspired me. Ive never really been able to write anything remotely erotic, but im actually giving it a try this very moment. It amazes me how the act of sex can be performed in such a short amount of time, but when you break it down its so involved and so much happens within that time. Anyways you are great writer and i just wanted to say so, and thanks again for the inspiration.

I usually love erotica, but alas... My Joe just had back surgery (less then 2 weeks ago) and we're trying to be good, until the doc gives us the OK. Well we're not perfect, and we did just get married, but it really hurts him a lot, so I'd better not read this just now. But as soon as he's a little better I'm sure some of this pent up energy will flow right out of my pen. Patti

Hmmm, I am soooo very tempted... unbelievably so... until now I've done nuanced pieces and perverted double meanings but nothing explcitly erotic. I'm trying to resist entering, but why resist temptation. My oh my do I have a lot of material to work from though... this should be fun.
