I don’t want the ordinary, I don’t want the “usual”
I want to know what is actual, only for one time…
I need to be spell bound, and encased in words
Weave me a web that does not bear escape
Leave me shuddering in your poetic wake
Touch me with the strength of your verse.

T S Eliot is of course pretty, but atm im obsessed with the fleeting, and i can't ever be happy in a moment because it will pass.
im gonna enter a recent poem i hate, because it fits in a way, and im gonna try and write something
because it is a nice contest.. inspirational without being limiting. Maybe i wont even enter, ill see how i feel, but it definitely has set me thinking

Okay, I've been accused once already for not reading entries in this - I may not have commented on all the entries yet and for that I apologise. I'm sorry too for the length of time it took me to judge this, have had a lot of stuff going on. But I did read all the entries, and will hopefully get a chance to comment on all the poems entered.
