Another day...another thought.
My first passion is music. Of course I love writing poetry too. Sometimes
it's the 2 in combination that is absolutely beautiful.
Favorite band: Rem and favorite female singer: bjork. Neither one are sellouts
so they earn my respect.
When I write my mind tries to not be stopped by lines. I am influenced at times by music I hear along with those in my life I have cared about or who currently
hold a special place in my heart. Other thoughts that come to me is the state of people here, the country ,the world, nature but that does not appear as often. I love writing in an abstract manner without rhyme but the rhyme shows up at times. Sometimes these thoughts and words are written at the first sitting. Lately that's how it is. I don't believe in editing very much.

Shadow BC : Summer Sky Reveries on May 29Since writing that poem back in February I've moved on, but I sometimes reflect on this. Funny thing is that I in my dark past wanted someone who was emotionless without a care, but I soon came to find that love and emotionlessness don't mix. Anyway, it's very hard because people of this nature are not bad people, but at the same time it's hard to attain friendships or relationships if it is exclusively a 1 person effort. Anyway, I'm glad you really enjoyed the poem, and I'm coming to find that this site really bridges the gap of age, uniting all people.
