Author notes

Tanka:

Tanka is similar to Haiku (See Week 1), but is the most rigidly adhered to form in terms of structure. It is composed of 5 lines of 31 syllables or less, using a short/long/short/long/long format (5/7/5/7/7). Overall, Tanka consists of two separate divisions in terms of rhythm structures, each of about one breath length to recite.

opportunities
seized sacred intuition
recognized windows
discovering your purpose
ultimate dream fulfillment

hmm. for being so short this had a lot packed into it. I liked the single line 'alcoholism'. that has a lot of meaning for me b/c my dad is a recovering one.
great work here. I'm not sure I get the whole concept here but I respect it and I can definitly recognize that it is amazing.
