*The Suffering Artist*

The term 'suffering artist" has always been to me
Nonsense words told too much
For so many nights I have prayed to be
Able to feel that artistic rush
To hit that metzo note perfectly
To create with the sweep of a brush
Which gives me the thought that perhaps
Those who are suffering are those who love math

This was an assignment for school, but I figured the people on this sight would like it

    Oh!! when you read this in class i swore i would steal this and publish it one day. It proves a very good point. Suffereing artists...HA. well, maybe i shouldn't be so judgemental. Haha, but the last line makes me laugh, every time i read it.
