Don't judge me

Eat what's on your plate for breakfast
and think of those starving children in Africa.
Go to school every morning
and think of those poor children who can't.
Come home in the evening and do your homework
and think of those who have no home to go to.
Talk kindly to your parents who love and care for you
and think of young people who have no parents at all.

Is this reality?
Or is it just a life we all want
or one we all want our children to have.
This is not what life is.
Be thankful for what you have
but do not rule over those who do not have this life.
No one has this life
no one's life is this pure and simple.

If you do not eat everything you are given
it does not mean you are selfish.
Some people have problems
where they cannot eat
where their self hatred is to great
to eat everything on their plate.

Everyone hates school
it is a simple well known fact
but perhaps there is more than this
bullying is a major concern
from teachers and peers
so do not just rely on outide information
listen and hear to the child too.

The fact that you have a home
does not mean that your home is loving
it may be bitter and cruel
and the streets would be better.

Arguments with parents
is a normal every day consept.
But as for those whose parents beat them
what love and kindness is there then?

Nothing is that simple
and it will never be
so don't judge people on what they have
there may be more to what you see.
