I think I know love.
I've seen it from my mother,
seen her genuine concern for me.
I've seen her work her fingers to the bone
to cook and clean and earn her keep
to help me be the best
that I can be.
I've seen it in my father,
seen his concern that I do well.
I've listened to him tell me how
to learn in school, to really think,
and how to be the best
that I can be.
I've shared it with my husband,
lived a life of shared contentment.
I've felt the joy of sharing
life and flesh and ecstasy with someone.
Learned to be the best that
together we can be.
I've bestowed it on my siblings,
young and helpless, I watched them grow.
Guided their steps, supported them,
taught them all that they would learn,
and helped them be the best
that they can be.
I've never seen God's love.
Distant and intangible, He never interferes.
When I fall, His hand is never there
to help me stand alone once more.
Is that the love you want to sell to me?

God is in all of us:in your mother,in your father,in your husband,in your siblings...If you say you've received love from them, you've seen then God's love! When you feel the most that He is not there, don't worry ,He is just waiting for you to discover yourself(but His hand are always ready to grab you)...
