A New Love

A New Love

Fluttering hearts
Excited chilled skin
People claim their too young
To know what love is
But they feel it inside
And it wont go away
If this isn't love
Then maybe they don't
Want what love is anyways
Because when together
They know they are right
Just two high school students
Seeing with whole new eyes
They swear they wont break this
New heart they have made
For then, no matter what
As two, they'll be safe
Loving like no other two people
Could ever feel
Because they have each other
And that is all that is real

Haha, I know, all of my other poetry is like "I hate the world and everyone in it" but all of a sudden, I was in my room and I was like flooded with the mood that is portrayed in this poem, so, of course, I got on the computer, signed on to AP and started to write! Its funny how ALL of my poems are about things I've never experienced myself! Oh well....
