More Than You Know

I sway silently
under your silkspun touch,
a wildflower dancing
in the wild wind's embrace.

You whisper Wisdom to me gently,
infinite Time
twirling on your fingertips
as you subtly smile
at the blush you inspire to bloom.

You sing to me softly
of sorrow & sweetness
unlimited by desire ~

my Heart echoes
in my throat ~
my eyes ~
my words.

You sculpt my Soul
with your inevitable Beauty,
smoothing away the roughened edges
with your tenderness
& Truth.

I follow your Path,
which is my own,
enchanted by the magic you weave,

knowing Life & Love shimmer
on this distant horizon...

    Excellent

I loved this poem. It made me think of he cover of my favorite book, a sheet of clean white paper, lotion...it was just really good. It also made me think of my grandfather, who lives far away. I rarely see him. He is wise, I think. He is also a writer...I won't waste space with useless babbling Good job!

this is a beautifully crafted pice of work. You have such a great way with words and while i am not a fan of alliteration you used it to your advantage. i like how you use nature and with an undertone of romance and love. great job.
