To Bring You My Love

Missing image

I have sighed a thousand times
& wept a thousand seas
in order to bring you my Love,
untarnished & unafraid.

I have swayed with torrid tempests
that threatened to rip me from my anchor,
but I have stayed afloat,
just to look into the depths of your eyes.

I have tilled the barren soil,
scattering seeds as I went,
just to give you this garden
in my arms.

I have scaled a thousand mountains
& walked through a thousand valleys,
just to find the Soul
that whispers my name
without sorrow.

I will do what I can ~
I will do what I must ~
in order to gently take your hand
& place it on my rapid heartbeat,

so you will know Truth
in all its finery.

I will wrap my silken wings around you
& we will fly
over this beautiful horizon,

unbound by Time
& bound for Glory...

  • Bridge over Troubled water

    unbound by Time ..the Soul
    that whispers my name
    without sorrow.

    through sorrow's whim
    tomorrow's swim
    sheds sadness' skin
    to rebegin
    untarnished & unafraid.

to bring love untarnished and unafraid, one must open up their soul and allow it to vibrate against others. You knwo this and practice it with every poem. It is like getting past the rind and feasting ont he sweet meat. How beautifully done.

    waiting to be gather
    in the endless journey
