A sweet, passionate kiss,
nice, but it doesn't seem so real,
I think of it, and wonder how
long it would take me to heal.
I want to be loved, to feel good,
to be held in someone's arms.
To dance slowly with a man,
while he whispers in my ear sweet charms.
I dream every night of my knight coming along,
but the morning only brings me to cry.
I can't fall in love, for it will only bring him harm,
and my fate would be to die.
