Childhood stars

Those childhood stars seem so far away
When innocence used to reflect them
Now when I look up at the stars
All I see is a tainted black night
Merged with smoky water
Those stars scattered among lost love
That agony tears apart
Only managing to dream away
On those childhood stars

I know i was leaving this site and everything and this is the first thing i have written in ages but i really felt as though i had to let it out. This peice is basically about how much love used to mean to us and how much it hurts us now. that and other things lol more just my confused thoughts. I appreciate comments
