I found it hard
To let you go
How dare you leave me
On my own
I wanted you
To stay with me
Now I sit here
Feeling sorry for me
I desperately wish
You could've stayed
But I know why
You went away
You were an angel
Your work is done
Now you're with God
Where you belong
Now it is time
For me to accept
That you are gone
But I don't regret
I wouldn't trade
This current pain
For the chance of seeing
You again
For I know
All angels must fly
On up to heaven
Into the sky

Oh that fit so wonderfully in how I feel about my sons short life. Thank for the blessing of sharing it with me. I feel exactly that way, like I've been touched by an angel for a short time. FearyPixieFey.

I really thought that this had an excellent idea behind it, but at the same time, it was kind of hard for me to follow. I still say it deserves a 93/100 for the excellent content

A lovely memorial poem
I gasped when I saw the date of February 10th as the day my mother died. Then, it made me think, since the birthdate of Jay is February 10th, that surely the day mother died many were born.
OMG...July 26th was just two days ago. I was devastated after my mother's death. My heart goes out to Jay's little bro and his family. That was really young to pass away. This is a beautiful memorial poem.
Oh what a price we pay for our guardian angels. For to have wings to fly they must break our hearts leaving us. Yet, I like to believe our loved ones are still with us spiritually always. I hope Jay's little bro and family feel Jay's presence...always... -
