Two bodies joined in passion
Sear hearts and souls together
Bound by the spirit
They are one
To sever what was one
Destroys what was
What remains is
Never the same
To drink the waters of concupiscence
Creates unsatisfied thirst
The dead narcotic
Looses its effect
The pure soul drinks
From living water
Giving abundance
With deep satisfaction
To be committed is wholeness
To know is intimacy
To love is to be
United for life
Purity is single desire
Never distracted
Consuming passion ignited
Upon a common heart
Author notes
Jesus answered her, "If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water. - John 4:10
