Reaching for those tomorrows
forgetting the yesterdays that have yet to come
never understanding the why's
yet knowing the answers
without asking the questions
to those days left within the mind.
Could it be we finally found that wisdom
found only in love
which resides within our heart
and to each season
found year to year?
Or is the mystery too great
for some
to really matter?
Some should pay attention to the little things
within life
allow a smile to happen once in a while.
some never see what needs to be seen
forgetting that life isn't always conflicts
left blowing in the wind
there are happy days
if one opens their heart.

I've never thought about it like that before but yes..you do need to open your heart I think to be able to have happiness because if not then you will be cold inside. Awesome write!

Happiness is a choice of that I am sure so yes if one opens their hearts there are happy days
