She danced of beat
To the rhythm in her head
As she sashayed down the street
Totally unique
The girl without a care
Makes my mind go weak
Just at the sight of her
Freedom
Allows herself to move in her own way
Not going to listen to what
Those others they do say
Knows what’s in her head
Dances off beat to the sounds of the street
Dances off beat to the sounds of everythin’ she read
Dances off beat to all she’s been told
Dances off beat to the rhythm of the crowd
Unafraid to break the conformity mould
Totally unique
The girl without a care
Makes my mind go weak
Just at the sight of her
I remember walking to her beat
Walking in her shoes
Off beat to the rhythm of the street
I watch the girl
As she dances of beat
To the rhythm in her head
As she sashays down the street
Dancing off beat to the rhythm of life
I watch me
Who I used to be

Inventively extraordinaire!!
I love the metaphor between dance and freedom, goes hand in hand, perhaps foot to foot
There is nothing like freedom of choice, we are all born with it. We also create what surrounds it, the pulses and the beats. Artists crave this ultimate freedom - love this -
Dancing off beat to the rhythm of life
I watch me
Who I used to be
Free
I am also a true dancer
and free to love the most wonderful man oufff!! Peace and freedom xx
