Alone with Drugs

If you can help me..please help
Im stranded here..nobody knowing what i feel
They say they'll help me 
Then they leave
So im left here alone
When i screw up again
They get mad
But they dont know
They have no idea
They say they've been through it
But dont tell me how to
I cant do this one more day
I will eventually die
At least they know that
But they dont care

So im stranded
With only my drugs and my knife
So i break down and get high
"one last time" i say
But its not the last time
And i know it
I try to tell then what i feel 
That i cant stop and this is taking control
But they dont listen
Just as they never have
So i get high again and again
Untill i pass out on the floor
I might be dead by morning
Will you care then?
