The night unfolds before my eyes
As I watch the sun drift away behind the skies
For a peaceful nightly nap
Gently kissing the world good night
The birds have flown back to their twigs nests
The woods are slowly going towards sleep mode
The little animals running around are tired
While the big cats go on their nightly prowl
The hunters have camped above grounds
Keeping a close watch not to be hunted
As the night breeze sings lullabies
Until the complete quietness takes over the nightly woods
The big eyed owl whistles through the moonlit night
Guarding the great woods like a loyal knight
While the shinning stars up in the wide skies
Guard the territories under the leadership of the moon
Scattered behind the cotton clouds
I lay on my convertible tree house
Looking into Mother Nature’s eyes
While she caresses me ever so tenderly
Soothing heart and soul with brisk fresh air
Rubbing next to my skin
I watch my worries open their wings
Giving me flying kisses as they flutter away
Slowly but surely, fading into the black hole
To wash away their tainted selves
For making me cry through the nights
I say my final goodbyes to the past
As I share in the purity of silent night
Laying in the arms of loving nature
Resting peacefully in the middle of the woods
Waiting for the break of another beautiful dawn
For I know, it will bring with it
New hopes and desires to be fulfilled soon
Being careful enough not to disturb life’s continuity
Thank you O Lord! For such a blissful experience
Giving me the love of Mother Nature
Letting me experience the serenity of the night
Giving me a chance to breathe
Letting me live my life with family and friends
Thank you O Lord!
For rendering your gentle strong hand
To lead me towards the path of peace and tranquility
Claming my wandering soul
By attending to my bleeding heart
Thank you O Lord!
For showing me the best example to live life
By letting me watch and learn
From the beings peacefully living in the woods
As they accept each other completely
And respecting the norms of the woods
In the loving arms of Mother Nature
Exemplifying to be her obedient kids
Though we can never thank you enough
Yet I like to thank you O Lord!
For all your blessings
The best of all, the life you have given me
The miraculous chance to live
It is the truest of all blessings
Thank you O Lord for everything!

You know from my work the spiritual connection I feel towards mother earth. You did such a great job with this monoo. We could learn so much from the animals and nature. the harmony and natural order of things. Is there loss sure the food chain is natures battleground. But the animals have such a better sense of the balance of things. The blessings we are given are ingnored by so many and are truly a great gift.

This is a beautiful spiritual piece. Not many people thank the Lord for what he has given. I also love thew woods and forests. I am a nature lover at heart.

I loved the thoughts, I found a few lines threw me off the flow of the piece and left me scratching my head as to why there was no pause in the line. I think maybe a comma at certain points would let the reader pause and reflect on what you had just said, but this is only me and not to be taken to seriously, I loved your thoughts in this

this is a beautiful and serene nature poem. The sounds and sights you describe make the reader feel as if they are part of this beauty. You might want to look into some punctuation though, as well as shortening a few of the lines to stay in flow with the others. I believe it would make it easier to read. And a write with as much strength as this one should not loose that because of flow. But in the meantime, thank you for sharing this with us,

oh one question, do you mean to write "the complete quietude.." and "the mother nature"?? I believe the word :the : can be left out . Also did you mean purity of silent night (the silent night would work here) instead of party of silent night?
onh and partake means is more about taking in a meal or a ritual --JOINING__ would be , imho, a more suitable word as in I join in the purity of the silent night....or "I partake in the pure silence of the -
Very serene and wonderfully spiritual.

we truly SHOULD bless and thank the Lord that he has given us such a world to live in. a beautiful poem. At first i thought there would be a ryhme scheme, but there wasn'y i would suggest changing some lines, if you dont intend all of the poem to ryhme, i wouldn't suggest any of the poem ryhming. I personaly would suggest the entire poem to ryhme, simply because that is my personal preference. also in line 12 you have the word "quietude" i dont think thats the best word. maybe solitude. would have a better flow, and make it smooth out. a good poem, just needs some ironing out. it seems to drag on after a bit.
Good Write and God Bless
