Left in confusion...
Ran around in circles with her head up in the clouds...
Thought she was on cloud 9...
Then that day...that surprising day...
She heard The Voice and a smile leaped to her face...
As The Voice kept talking word were said...
Words she didnt want to hear...
She had given it all to The Voice...
But what had she received...
She knows how The Voice feels about her...
But what she was told about The Voice's present made her hurt...
The voice gave her the one thing that no one else had even when she was suppose to...
She was better when there was a little hope left in her that maybe she would get the special thing back...
But now someone else has it...
Its hard for her now more then ever because The Voice is back near her...
She knows that she doesnt get to hear her favorite words from The Voice but someone else would...
Everyone told her but she didnt want to listen...
Now their wish has come true...they got what they wanted...
Only did they not know that what they wanted would end up with her being sad...
At least The Voice is happy she says with a smile...
She does not want The Voice to see or hear her sad...
..."The greatest actors were once the greatest liars" she tells herself...
...And tells The Voice that she is fine and that they will talk later...with the fakest smile ever on her face...
...As the conversation ends...
...Her wish bracelet has been cut off...becuase her second wish was a dream, a waste...
...And now in the place of the bracelet is written in pen "Hope & Wishes are
overrated"...
...Till everyones wish came try but hers...everything was so surreal that day...if only they knew...
