Attachment is the cause of sorrow.
So many things I call mine-
My dress, books, pets many of them.
If I lose any, I get pain.
This is called bondage.
All these are for my use only,
Not more than that.
Still I like to have them for ever!
Though I find every day and night
That nothing remains permanently-
My parents, sisters, brothers, friends,
Still I think they should remain always there!
Our body is also constantly changing-
Childhood, youth, old age
None of it remains indefinitely.
So also darkest of the darkness will be over
In some way or the other,
That is the truth of creation.
