Hear our voices
The nameless screams
That resounds in this place of demise
Of abuse of children’s cries
We accept this as what can happen
But it shouldn’t happen
Children shouldn’t live there childhood in fear
It should be a time for games and laughter
Not for beatings and tears
Dose it make you feel good
To beat upon a child
Knowing that they can’t fight back
That you are in control
That you are superior
These monsters live among us
Some we will never know
Some we ignore because we do no
But we think it can’t be true
Can you hear the children’s voices?
I can they resound in MY heart
I know meny broken and bruised
That I have helped
Find them selves and a new start
Fight with your children
Throw these monsters
From our shores
Then maybe we will be safe
And the children will sing
Not scream

Thank you for your entry. It is most definatley okay for this contest!
You have a very powerful and strong message here that has brought forth a tear or two.
Beautiful, just beautiful.
Our children do need our protection and it sickens me that people are able to look the other way as a child cries in agony, both emotionaly and physicaly.
Lives could be saved.
