I know, it is all dark now
And the color of this is called black,
Amidst this,
Imagine there is a little portion
Which does not wear the shade of black
But the opposite, if you may call it;
It is bright and stands apart from what is dark..
This could be the light, the glow
Or the color white..
It is divine, you can feel it,
You can sense a spell
Working wonders in dark;
That is how it is
~ Those tiny children up on the sky at nights ~
They call them the 'stars',
And you smile now,
They can smile too
To pass the love
From angels to you ~
and that's the sparkle !!
You get to see in the midst of darkness ~
A hope, for a better dawn..

This reminds me of a line from another poem--"Fair as a star when only one is shining in the sky."
