I stand unsure upon the sands of shifting circumstance.
On the far horizon lies the land, between wide waters dance -
had I the courage I might ride there on the waves of chance.
Did others who have gone before and reached that Aracady
follow the voice from that far shore that I hear beckon me?
"More bones lie buried in your sands than you'd find in the sea"

May I indeed pluck up the courage to ride those waves. The sand gets everywhere.. shaking it out of my shoes years later.
