Everyone wishing that everything was different.
I wish I had another life,
unlike the one I have.
Sometimes I wish I had different parents.
My parents don't know who I am,
don't know I need to spread my wings,
don't know anything,
don't understand what I can do.
They just don't get me at all.
Sometimes I wish my life was different.
I wonder sometimes what it could be like,
to have everything I ever wished for,
not wanting anything,
being satisfied.
Sometimes I just wish I weren't me.

Yes I think there are so many of us who can relate to what you have written. Yert when you look around at those who have everything they want, life still isn't happy for them either.
