There goes my Baby

Coffee and doughnuts

I should have known then

Cappochina Mom I will order

I should have known better

One ultra thin daughter

one ultra tired momma

sipping coffee all frothy

with a doughnut

like a chocolate dream

mom mmmmm?

I need , I need, I need

We have to have

your grand daughters

my truck, my horses...

looking at that doughnut

all pleasure gone

and people ask me how

I keep my figure

once on the lips forever

out of the savings account

mom mom mmmmm?

are you even listening to me!!

Haha This was an enjoyable read. I think parents generally hear "I want, I want, I want" several thousand times in their life.

Sound like my daughter to the tee!

    "I need , I need, I need"

Maybe I am reading into this, but this was so reminiscent of me and my daughter, it was uncanny. She always insisted that we stop off on the way to school for hot chocolate and a doughnut. And I had my coffee. It was more like, "I want, I want, I want!" Lol's

Now she doesn't "need" me anymore. She has a boyfriend now that provides for many of her expensive wants. Oh, well - it's less pressure on me. I just feel a little bad; but I know one day she will come around. I just worry that he is controling her too much. That worries me.

Just you wait; when she has her first child, she will suddenly need me again!

    Thank you for sharing!

    I love it.

They are fun but you almost have to take them one at a time to enjoy them. Missed you.
