I liked the repetition in each stanza of "Ever any more." It gave a haunting,sad echoe to the poem. I hope that this didn't really happen to you. Some people are such jerks! If someone really did this, believe me, you are sooo very much better off without him. Better now than later! You will find someone more deserving of you.
