Have you ever felt
The weight of this indecision
We never hesitate to call life?
It fascinates me to no end,
Leaving me
Sitting, scouring,
Wordlessly describing and devouring...
What?
The accurate estimate we live by?
The blank world of controlled chaos?
The minor crisis that runs society?
The full emptiness that consumes us?
We absorb ourselves into a virtual reality
So that we can remain ignorant
To the symphonic discord
That is blatantly hidden
By our own eyes.
Impatiently calm
We rush, prudently,
Eyes wide shut
Into this cruel kindness
Of fateless existence,
Trying to stint
The deafening silence
Of our accomplishments
Which lurch in the undisturbed wind
Of our bittersweet tomorrows…
For what?
Will I ever know?
My mind doubts it cheerfully,
For life is, after all,
The biggest oxymoron of them all.

This is absolutely poured out...but it is so easy to look at life this way. People hurt every day, left feeling like there might be no hope in the world. For being an absolute believer in God, it is still hard to keep myself from doubting and hurting in my life. Even through all the trials I have awaken from, I have learned that life is painful so that we may heal. Thank you for your portrait on life. When you open your eyes in a blind world...you will see..
