He watched the city be taken in darkness,
Anger, flows upon the wind.
HIS Master's name is used to enrage,
A country without hope.
We have forgotten His purpose,
Love hope and charity,
The greatest one is love.
But we're are to caught up in our anger,
In our blindness we are losing the light.
As cities burn,
Demons laugh,
He is down hearted and sick,
With soot covered wings,
He flies home,
Where has Jesus's teachings gone.

Your words express the terrible condition God's angel finds this world to be in. I can feel the sad emotion in your poem, and the last line is powerful.
Thank you for your entry, and good luck!
