    Aish and Vivek...you kept their picture, thats beautiful..and the poem is awesome..I like the concept of it and what you wrote on author notes says it all.
    The third verse reminds me of one of their songs.Maybe it just seems like it...Anyways I like the whole poem.It teaches us something.

    its a really interesting topic you discuss ivehere. i think you're right though, love should have no barriers especially if the two people love eachother. this has such a bittersweet feeling to it, and i can practically feel the emotions in it. wonderful write.

    I agree with the concept. There should be no barriers. I like the format as well. My fiancee is 6 yrs my junior and I felt funny for a long time about it. I would love to recite this poem to him.

    This was so beautiful i became speechless for a moment. I love how you put this picture up it was very beautiful and went a long well with the poem. I loved how you used your words it really took me there. I was kinda sad after this because i have been here, but overall this is a great poem and i agress with ur author note.

    your poem had deep meaning to me I've dated and lived with a gal twenty six years younger than me. the animosity was stifling at first. And the religon is a barrier that few can over come. well thought out and constructed. Thank you for sharing this is the only way to change peoples thinking and I'm not so impressed with that these days. Boog

    The true barrier is we are afraid to show our real self we do not live in a perfect world. If we do not have an open mind and see beneath the hurts that get in the way of daily life.I wanted to be part of a life. he wanted to control life. Until one let go of control then the world opens up to possiblites. Love is in many simple things of life

    Your poem has a lot of truth behind it, there really shouldn't be any barriers if you are truly in love with someone. Nothing can stop true, unconditional love though if both people feel the same.

    I Love this poem... Age shouldn't be a barrier because you can love even at a young age...that barrier destroyed my most loving relationship because society looked down upon it because of the difference in ages I love the emotion in this poem and out of everything I Love because I think this is amazing the second stanza gets to me the most!!! AMAZING!!!

    A very beautiful dedication to whom it is for. There are some beautiful images here, and I particularly like the rainbow reference. It is one not used often, so that was a creative "jab."
