Murky sighs slip condemned words
Dark lips speak sugar-coated lies
Breaths exhale pricking thorns
Ears bleed listening
Whispers of deceits
Chapped lips sharpens
Double-sided sword playing games of words
Singing melodies of Hazy truth panting breathless
Mourning of night lives through the day
On dead soul misery of pain’s inflicted

    This was really good. Wonderful use of metaphors and descriptions within the piece and I love the dark theme incorporated within the lines. Brilliant poem!
