The rich get richer, the poor get poorer because
Everyone lives by "Gimme more, gimme more, more, more."

There was a time when we went
For help to our government.
Now we can only count on them for crimes like embezzlement.

Tell me what kind of country would be free
When everyday we are paying a fee
In the form of catastrophy
For our own stupidity?

We live in a world where we all must be the same,
We've trapped ourselves in society's little game.
When will we learn to drop this charade,
Let this whole damn thing fade?

Knock out the corruption,
The idea of perfection.

No one ever thinks of that.
We just sit around the table and chat
About how we can't solve the riddle of
The little Dahlia in the middle.
