Love is like
a Cheez- It,
holding all that flavor,
but you have to bite it to get a taste.
A simple cracker
compressed with cheddar,
a nice party filler
that goes well with drink
to ease the salty nature.
And though, it may seem
a very lofty endeavor
to eat a family size box
in one sitting all alone,
while watching TV at home,
it really is no matter.
But if they are not savored,
they will leave your mouth
with a salty flavor
and a mood that becomes sadder
as the after taste leads you to long
for more and more and more
cheddar.
