How does it feel to spin?
To circle, finish nowhere, finish last,
To ride the middle and the end, at last?

It's like a JERK is pulling me around,
Like I am out of motion, out of time,
And out of even HOLYNESS and rhyme.

So tell me how it feel to you,
When STOPPED right in your tracts,
Cause maybe your whole world has cracked,
As you are standing still.
The only sound you hear
Is something like the sea,
Before you realize-RECOGNIZE- the circles in your ear.

And then your head slips back;
The spinning hits you hard.
For had you guess that you were in an EYE?
And out of time?
Cause there's no thing as "when the circle ends."

It's "where the circle bends,"
Or, when it's twirling gracefully, and dies.

Author notes

can you imagine: a POINT? a single something that has less than ANY length, width, height, time, and any other dimension that might exist? can you imagine a point??

in all probability, it would be a circle still. a membrane, if you will.
