Twilight wars of will
The human race is a bitter pill
Amassing themselves one over the other
A barrel of crabs each other they smother
A strange beast the common man
A crawling mass across its span
It insists the ingestion of the Earth
The mastication of children across its girth
Destroying their own wisdom
Burning and removing ages of light
Behold the grand dark kingdom
A creeping, deadly blight
Death by attrition
Slowly decaying submission
Poisoned by their own viper
Watch them build technology
To do away with the Earth
Like a well-used diaper
Silly monkeys
Dabbling the arcane
They mock themselves
With their profane
Delighting in wars of will
Their thrills no more than swills
There they lay still
In coffins under hills
So then is the peace of mankind
...
