AN HOUR TO LIKE SOMEONE
(That 1st hour on the phone, was the most amazing time of my life)
A DAY TO FALL IN LOVE
(I stayed up thinking about you all night, the 1st “I love you” was said in the morning)
IT TAKES A LIFETIME TO FORGET SOMEONE
(I still love you as much as I did a year ago)
YOU TAKE MEMORIES TO YOUR GRAVE
(Forever in my heart you will stay, I cant un-love you)
A HEART IS LIKE A MIRROR, IT RELFECTS THE LOVE IT RECIEVES
(Baby if that were true, wed still be together…you treated me like shit)
A HEART IS LIKE A POLAROID, THE IMPRESSION YOU MAKE ON IT STAYS FOREVER
(Well I know thats true, its impossible to erase you from my heart, mind, and soul)
THE EYES ARE A GATEWAY INTO ONES SOUL
(Pictures and webcam never lied, those beautiful hazel eyes cut through my emotional barrier like a knife)
IF YOU LOVE SOMEONE, SET THEM FREE. IF ITS MEANT TO BE, THEY’LL COME BACK TO YOU

interesting - and, while I liked the ideas in this one, I'm not so sure that you could claim complete ownership for writing it, because like AmyPixiDust said, you have two poems in one, but one of the two poems is made up of very famous quotes, so I'm not *sure* legally, it could be said to be entirely by you.
But aside from that, enjoyed this one very much. Nice job, and good luck in the contest. -
