Glances met and lost
Across a room they are tossed
From me to him and back again
He's coming now; I can't help but grin.
We fumble for words unspoken
We apologize; a vase gets broken
We agree to leave-fast to nowhere
Outside in the cold, damp night air
It happened so suddenly
Can't remember how he came to be holding me
Staring down into my eyes intently
Holding me firm, but ever so gently
Ice cold hands capture each side of my face
Our cold noses touch; quickening my heart's pace
Lips collide in sensual lust
His tongue exploring my mouth in one quick thrust.
Forty seconds later, not a minute more
I snapped out of my daydream to answer my door
There he was standing with a smile so wide
Here to take me out for a KISS-ingly good time!!!
