Is there no-one to tell you
What you find so hard to believe?
Someone to tell you what you need
So much to hear? 

You need to believe
How special you are, you
Need to tell yourself each day,
Of the goodness you see, of your
Spirit within.

I’m sending these words in your
Memory to carry, in the
Hope of reminding you of
That greatness within.  Of the
Courage you have.  Of the
Things that make it
Important to simply Be.

I trust you to remember that
Worthiness comes from within.
You exist, therefore you're worthy.
Know yourself, Trust yourself,
Above all believe in yourself!
Whether you go or whether you stay,
The need to know yourself will remain.

    Hello.

    I applaud your words. You are very right, in my opinion anyway. It comes from within, not from the ego, not from the opinion of others, for they do not know themselves, so how can they know another?

    Ones value first and foremost is from and based on the real you, ones own soul. You speak of working on yourself as well, positive thinking, self belief, and as I said, I applaud you.
