Well, our car broke down
and needs lots of fixing.
Lots of money too.
It's our 41st anniversary (the 2nd)
so I'm kind of blue.
Points would be a real nice gift
and of course I'd share
I'd have contests one or two
applauding here and there.
They want three grand to fix the car
points would be a lift.
Now we have no money left
for an anniversary gift.
The pool too has a leak
it's now dry as can be.
We can't fix it till next summer
so ... please give your points to me.
It's kind of you to offer
and give big points away
Someday I'll be like you
have lots of points ... some day.

Both of our cars are in the shop at once - one for $5,000, the other for $1,800. When it rains, it pours.

This poem is cute. I love the final stanza, but honey, you'll never have lots of points for long...
You run so many contests so you're always "broke".
Point wise, anyway. I think you deserve them because you'll use them to benefit all of ap! So there!

It's always nice to get some points,
though they only exist on a screen.
I love to see those trophies too,
Even the ones that are coloured green.
Even though they can't be put towards your car or your pool, the points would definitely be a lift.
