Morning light came,
lazily putting both legs
inside of my open window’s frame,
stepping to the room
and to my bed like a lover,
touching with its lips
my shoulder, my elbow,
playing with my fingers,
till one by one nails started to glow
with the sun’s fire of gold.
I felt its warm kiss arousing
my left breast and leg
sliding from the hip to toes,
down the white thighs
exploring each goosebump,
glades and valley shadows.
For a moment it stayed there,
waiting for my moves.
My other half still in the shade
protested for this merciless touch.
I turned my body like a slow dancer,
inventing new elegant moves
and as a fox blinking and peeking
through half open sleepy eyes,
offering to the light my other side.

always glowing and terrific in your vivid imageries painted words
My dear Queen always beautiful and a pleasure to the senses and as refreshing as ever to read your poetry. sometimes it feels like that after great sleep and wonderful nights waking up is so delicious, and sometimes like today it is a torture with my backache and mood that is slighty grumpy
extraordinarily wonderful

This has such a delicous, lazy feel about it...like the long, slow tongue of the sun slowly kissing the body. Wonderfully sensual....one would want to stay in this position all day along! Lovely poetry, Sonja.
