As I lie in my bed fighting my Insomnia
I can hear my surroundings calling out to me
I can hear every cry the silent wind yells
as my eyes are closed and I continue to fight.
I can feel my heart beat a powerful beat
so powerful that it slightly rocks my bed
and I continue to fight this never ending battle.
As I open my eyes and glance at the clock
I can see that I've been in this battle for a few hours.
so I close my eyes and continue to fight.
As I lie in my bed fighting my Insomnia
my legs become very restless and begins to rock
and my mind becomes a portal to a world filled with problems.
Soon Insomnia isn't the only thing I'm fighting
no
The true problem lies deep within.
My inability to sleep isn't caused by Insomnia,
but Insomnia is the helping hand
to a sinister plot ten times stronger then what I had thought.
Yes
It is caused by no other than myself

Hmm..
I think I would be most interested to find out the meaning behind your poem..
It was really interesting.
