T- together you and your family are up for anything
i- in a moment you find yourself in the dark, turn tward your family, they are the light
m- most of the time you feel alone, you are not the only one,reach out to someone and talk
L- love all you can, you never know when you will need some in return
i- it's hard to say your sorry but do it anyway, youl feel a lot better afterwards.
o- only tommrow counts, see that today is as perfect as it can get
n- never forget to lend a hand to those who need it, you never know how much it may effect that persons life
s- stay positive, for if you look only at the negative there is only depression
l- love is a precious thing, hold onto it tight and never let go
o- only thing that comes harder at you that love is life, don't surrender to the hurtles but run strait over them
v- very special people are in your life, treat them with tenderness and care
e- every day is a gift, treat it as though its always a suprise to get
s- stop and look around you, you'll see the things you don't usually notice in your busy life
