Puzzle 30

Hi again!

Nobody correctly answered my Puzzle 29, so I have discontinued it. The answer was:

But that's in the past now, and so it's time for...

PUZZLE 30!!!

Now this one is going to be a bit harder, because I am carrying the reward from Puzzle 29 over to this one, plus the reward for Puzzle 30 - so there's big points up for grabs here.

This puzzle is going to be based on the hit TV series 'Friends', and has two parts to it, both of which will be classed as this puzzle, and not have one part here and another part as Puzzle 31, ok?

So here it is...

1) Tell me the full names (first and last) of the 6 friends characters and the actors and actresses who play them.

2) Tell me which of the Friends characters each said these different quotes:
