as the shoulder of my shirt falls down my arm...
i catch it before it goes to low.
Hearing the rumble of your laughter.
I look up and see you watching me.
For how long have you been there?
with the twinkle in your eyes and 2 glasses in your hand.
"may we?"
as you strut into the room with that brightened smile.
i know not what your plans are for this evening...
For you are a guest in my home.
and i am not that kind of hostess.
But your leisurely ways make me feel relaxed.
I take the drink and head to the balcony.
"you have been up here alone for awhile, I figured you may need a break"
with that charming look, i feel my face getting red.
"and why do you think i like to be alone?"
you brush a stray hair off of my forehead.
"not sure of that myself"
my breath catches.
As your hand lingers and softly touches my cheek and down onto my neck.
biting my lip i try to turn,
But alas, you stop me with a kiss.
And all reasoning leaves me.
I surrender to your roman hands.
And your boldness.
As your hands are soft petals upon my skin.
This night will not come again or last forever.
For this is the last night you will ever be my guest.

This is really real sounding.
Who'd have guest?
Great flow and story-like lines.

A sultry display of emotions is felt through these well placed words. There is passion spent here, and what seems to be the flirtations of love. An excellent poem, filled with love and teasings nuances of lust. Expertly written!
Much Love & Respect ♥
