Pushing Buttons

Tiny gears and buttons,
he forces my mind to believe
in false feelings and lies.
So easy, he molds me like butter. Then
I feel the
shiny little blade in his pocket.
I feel the
Sharp sensation upon my liquid silk-like skin.
Molding, molding. He moves me again.
I still can not think. He must be
pushing buttons. Then
I feel the
loss of control. Bleeding, open,
broken. Porcelin china smashed,
Rose tea spreading on the floor.
My eyes. White pearls floating in
my mind. My mind. Fleeing from
his powers. Free at last to see:
That he is trying to kill me.

Please tell me what you think

Powerful, dark write. I thought the ending was especially powerful. It seemed metaphorical, like a feeling of being killed emotionally. It's terrible when people make others believe something that may not be true. It can make people wonder what is real anymore in this world. Thanks for sharing and keep that pen flowing.
