Struck between the two of you,
I can't seem to find my place,
caked emotions strike my face.
My fragile heart is beating at a thorough speed,
but it's not enough to let me know who I need.
My brain conquers addictive wants,
but my mouth pours out as an autobot.
This frail body, so hard to choose,
but in the end, theres only one of you.
Both feed me my supple needs,
both take me away without any strings.
No strings attached, you've both got me hooked,
I now need to have this situation overlooked.
Wisdom won't save me now,
it's something deep in my soul, but how?
I have to figure myself out,
not have someone tell me what life is about.
I need courage to succeed,
but in order to do that, which one of you do I need?

How can you make something so simple seem so incredibally good. My favorite part is Everything but I like but in order to do that, which one of you do I need. I like someone right now and we have the same feelings about each other and dont want to be alone but it feels like my parents are pushing us away from each other.. The title makes this poem seem so much more than just a poem, it's like it is your reality.
